冯 伟(Feng Wei)，男，博士，教授，留加访问学者，中国计算机学会（CCF）高级会员，美国计算机协会（ACM）会员。主要研究领域：深度学习、大数据分析及应用。
主持或主研相关省部级科研项目12项；先后在Neurocomputing、Information Sciences、Chaos, Solitons & Fractals、International Journal of Computer Mathematics、Cognitive Neurodynamics、Applied Mathematical Modelling等国内外学术期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI收录14篇，EI收录20篇。先后为多个国际学术刊物和国际学术会议审稿，主要包括IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics-Part B: Cybernetics、Neurocomputing、International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control、Neural Computing and Applications、International Journal of Computer Mathematic等。
